Refund and Returns Policy
At AJM Fittings, we strive to provide excellent customer service and high-quality products. If you need assistance with an exchange, we will gladly help wherever possible.
Exchange Conditions
Products may be exchanged provided that they meet the following requirements:
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be clean (not washed).
• The product must have no scratches or damage.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The packaging must be clean and free from oil, grease, or damage.
• The exchange request must be made within a reasonable time after purchase.
If these conditions are met, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to a 10% handling fee on the total purchase amount.
Important Notice
Due to our strict quality control standards, we cannot accept items that have been used, washed, scratched, damaged, altered, returned in dirty or oily packaging, or returned without their original packaging.
We always aim to assist and accommodate our customers wherever possible, and we appreciate your understanding regarding these policies.
